So by your logic the 12 months of ultra bullish announcements in 2016 promising cash flow positive in Q4 2016 had no impact on the funding for the plant and its function in 2017??

And if the cashflow doesn't pan out going forward the announcements will again have an effect on the funding for the future.

Going by your logic we should be expecting something from phase 1 which cost 20m to get to that point ... to produce any day?

Because the announcements are irrelevant.
