    Are you saying that a delay in the delivery of this product is material enough that they are in breach of their CD obligations?

    Dreaming..

    Thats like saying if a train breaks down in the Pilbara and a shipment will be late to the wharf FMG and BHP better put out an announcement to let the market know..
