EPR cannot be reinstated to the ASX until:-

1.The General Meeting of 22 Feb is held and passes the resolutions set out in the Notice of the meeting concerning the restructure and
2.Completes and lodges it's Financial Statements for Y/E 30 June 2009.

Its set out in the Notice dated 22 Jan 2010 which was sent out to holders. I can't see why EPR can't be relisted by late March 2010 if all proceeds to plan.

The only question then is will your shares be worth more than the cost of the brokerage in selling them upon EPR relisting?
