no reply received from EPR and to tell u the truth I was not surprised. Frankly just couldn't be bothered with them. It should all be clarified when they send out their notice of meeting for shareholder approval of the deal. Twill be interesting to see if it will contain any resolutions for golden handshakes.

I suspect that the CR will be after BPT are issued with shares but I'm not confident that EPR's interest in Vic/P46 will be reinstated.
