This is just a courtesy for those who may have queried the pricing of the Capital Raising and are stating it will be 20cents.
There unfortunately was a typo in the announcement and it should read the lower of 20cps OR the 10 day VWAP prior to shareholder approval.
So it is that the floor will be 20cps, but if the company hits milestones and the VWAP is higher at shareholder approval, then that is where the price of the Capital Raising will be.
Anyway, thought this was worthwhile sharing.
