Hi all, what a disaster!
I am a small share holder and I cannot afford to lose what little money remains of my 9 yr investment, so my questions are.
1. I believe the vote is on a 1 vote for 1 holding. Is this so?
2. If I sell all but $500 worth of shares do I still get to vote?
3. If I vote and we are defeated what are the implications?
4. If we win what are the likely implications?
5. Are there any other importent facts to consider?

I believe many small shareholders would like to be given the answers to above, or are we in an unknown situation due to the complexity of the SOA.
