"I believe the vote is on a 1 vote for 1 holding. Is this so? YES"
Yes if you hold all shares in your own name ( lets say) you will be counted a s1 head
If you have 5,000 shares your shares will be totaled up with all other yes or no vote
and if we can defeat the MB offer by having the majority of heads vote against or stop the other side from obtaining 75 % of shares voting yes on the special resolution we will have succeeded.
