Seal the deal, what happens should the no vote is passed?
1) Does shareprice drop below 9 cents (probable)
2) Does that situation make Central more vulnerable (yes)
3) Does securing finances become harder or easier to find (harder)
4) Would MQG make an aggressive take over attempt (probable)
Yes the no vote has a chance to get through, but what happens next. All of the likely scenarios have been reviewed by both MQG and assumed with a selected board room member for water tight integrity.
It would seem on face value that to vote no will force MQG's hand to increase their bid, I believe this will not be the case, it could have negative consequences instead, think about it.
I am now torn between voting yes or no as are other shareholders that I have connections with. Until the above answers are made known, no buying if shares (risk factor) nor selling of shares (time on our side) should be facilitated.
