clarification please

this is my first T/H and capital raising so i am a little confused. i hold some aio shares. had them for about 3 months.

does this mean i will be offered to buy more shares at 1.10 and the very next day i could sell them for whatever the market price is on that day.

if so how do i purchase my shares at 1.10.
