re: clarification re bonus o option offered ptions I didn't make up that text; it is ASC's.

What they simply say is that you can only get bonus options on shares.

So, if someone has options and they want the bonus options then they need to convert to shares first.

That is a standard paragraph in offers of this type, irrespective if it is a wise or stupid idea: It is the duty of a Company to keep you informed and hence you will get that clause.

In this case it is a stupid idea but that is up to you to judge. However, they do say that the option conversion to come will result in a higher price than is the case now.

You may find that there will still be people converting!
