I won't be buying any of the new stock that others put up for sale here or on the ASX.

The seller is only selling their entitlement, not the underlying shares. So the buyer is merely buying the entitlement to convert.

Of benefit to the seller and of any entity attempting to accumulate as much stock as they can get. I see no benefit for little fish like me buying. Better I simply take up my entitlement and apply for additional stock, of which I may or may not not get.

Sellers may or may not get a premium for their entitlement during the limited trading period. They may simply lapse and make up the shortfall bookbuild of which I am certain will be taken up by others.
