The announcement of April 27 says #3 above. The announcement of April 28th says #1 or #2 and sort of #3. So really we have no idea. All I am assured of is it will happen. I expect the timing will be cleared up in a few weeks when the PDA and term sheets are actually signed.

I would say the 90 days countdown would begin at latest on 31st of March as the shareholder update covers events ending on the 31st of March. The 90days was explicit, no bs about it; if it was conditional upon any executions it would have been stated IMO.

Whats confusing is the PDA announcement which does not mention the 90day deadline
