Hi Stagman,

Lets say the JV is with ARM and Angloplats, say on the 50% free interest they both get 25% each.

What happens to the financing part ... would NKP/Genorah be giving up more percentage of the projects to get money?

If so would this deal be like NKP/Genorah ending up with like just 5,10,15,20% of the project?

I am still trying to get my head around on how someone asks something for free in business.

If what you are saying is true then the next stage I can see is Angloplats and ARM taking NKP to court again but this time trying to get 50% rather than the whole thing like in 2007.
