Just to let people know, I have been in contact with the Voluntary Administration group.
The share value is to be .3 of one cent.. not 30 cents on a net cash basis.
Looks like Pager would end up with a huge parcel of shares for little input.
Shareholders would be squeezed out as owners. No cash flow
Please look at Ascents proposal before voting in Pager. There is very little in this current DOCA for shareholders. More cash needs to be tipped in on a rights issue to give a fresh start worth starting
I am doubtful ASIC can give me anything decisive before the shareholders meeting and would they not comment on something that is still under investigation.
The administrators are great to talk to and informative.
Its appears Allegra is in default of a lot of arrangements with any agreements over there in Zambia and ken is running out of friends now he hasn't a fist full of shareholders dollars to waive about. Still watching Ken.
Julie, heard what you said to the VA re/ contacting shareholders and plugging Pager. What planet are you on.. the same one as Ken..??
