If you read the last announcement from management it clearly states that they would further update the market again once the ILUA has been secured and the negotiations with the relevant government departments have been finalised. As they weren't in a position previously to negotiate anything with the Qld government as they weren't the then 'legal tenement holder'. As they have now secured legal control of the tenements at Mt Mulligan they can actively engage with government authorities and negotiate a way forward for shareholders. A little patience is required here as i for one have complete faith in managements ability to secure mining access to the Mt Mulligan tenement and get the best deal for all shareholders!

'Mantle will now proceed to finalise the pre trial settlement and then move to progress the ILUA and other associated documents into an Authorisation (signing) ceremony with the traditional custodians.
With the assignment of the tenements being able to proceed, the Mantle subsidiaries will be able to be recorded as the tenement holders. Mantle will be able to engage directly with the relevant Government Departments and will, as a matter of priority, lodge enquiries to determine the situation as relates to the proposed National Park and work with those Departments and the traditional custodians towards the most appropriate strategy to progress the project.'
