investor7, all the conditions and clauses were set out in the notice of egm which was sent out the month before the meet, and it was also an asx ann. The clauses in that document were clear including the fact that the shares would have a 12 month escrow on them, but korab were hoping to get a relief from that.

Funnily enough a couple of weeks later that clause was changed when asx gave permission for no escrow on lugansk shares. The funny bit is that that ann also made clear that "distribution was not conditional on listing". Just to make sure everyone was clear on that it was repeated the next day for melrose shares.

So with that information a reasonable person was able to make a decision knowing that all pertinent information was available.

or are you saying that the company had a secret set of clauses that no shareholders new about. That sounds like you should complain to ASIC.
