yes I did, unfortunately my deleted emails do not go that far back and I did not bother keeping any records, I can recall asx reply wss more like it's not our issue and they advised to contact asic (I sent letters two diferent times to asic)the reply was capital letter of the names of management saying management did not do anything wrong and also said I could ask for professional legal advise,latter on I also received a service survey from ASIC, which I did'nt reply. the service received by both companies were hopeless.
