BFS NPV is $156m (US2.00/lb Cu)
Whether they use contract mining or not is irrelevant, the fact is the numbers post BFS came down an incredible amount. The only money saved is the contractors profit of say 10%. Now they will have the added burden of finding a mining fleet when there is a huge shortage for this sort of equipment.
I'd love to know what the economics will be at US1.50/lb because believe it or not we undoubtedly will see that level again. Hazard a guess I think you will be sitting on an NPV of close to zilch.
