clarification

Was just browsing some investment opportunities this morning and came across this:
Taken from the description of the company: "1.1 million users seeking items with over 3,800 independent designers and artisans".
Sounds interesting, so i check their instagram, after looking through no more than the first page of images i recognised 2 items that can be bought directly off of taoboa or aliexpress. I assume not everybody they work with are designers and artisans?
