Hi all
Not to dampen anyone's moods, but I would like something clarified. I'm not sure if I've misinterpreted the announcement, or if the rest of you have and created a lot of hype. And no, I'm not trying to downramp, just to clarify.
The announcement states
"average month to month growth rate of gross revenues between 28% - 38%.
Over the calender year 2007, this would result in total gross revenues of between 30-46 mil RMB".
If 1RMB = 0.1566 AUD, then gross revenue expected for 2007 is AUD $4.7-$7.2mil.
I think some people have interpreted this as AUD $4.7-$7.2mil per month growth, rather than total for the year, thus highly inflating the expected share price as a "10-bagger".
Please correct me if I'm wrong or have misinterpreted, as I have just come across this thread and share.
Cheers
