Which of the directors was it again that offed his shares to pay for a 'tax liability'?

He could see the writing on the wall way back then...that need to cover his tax position (as he is obviously not well enough rewarded) saw him exit at over 3 1/2 times its current share price.

I put this question to the forum - did he use priveledged information (yes I'm talking insider information to benefit?)

What can be done about - not a f ing thing !!!

Buy that OK I still hold - I would have also liked to know about this capital raising issue then & the non likely hood of it being on VCR terms (We are cap in hand & bent over a barrel).......
