I would refer you to a post I made earlier that more than supports your comments, but it has been "moderated".

In that post I also urged all posters on here to gather their voting rights and represent a united front at the AGM.

IMO only, S/H had better face up to the fact that this company is headed for liquidation!!!...Unless this cash flow problem is addressed adequately.

IMO only, apart from the current credit crunch, the other reason they are unable to raise funds is due to sophisticated investors being burnt in the past, and that they realise that the current management is lacking a major quality....corporate management skills to take this product to full commercialisation.

The AGM has been postponed until November. Again, I say it's not too late to;
1) Combine proxies
2) Agree on a list of grievances and a non-negotiable solution that management agrees to.
3) Present these gievances at the AGM and seek agreement and commitment from them

S/H will always get this attitude and results (or rather lack there-of), unless they act.
