When a '1' shows in the queue it is just to signal a crossing of shares is to occur at a pre specified price between a private buyer & a seller - it doesn't affect the price as such but the volume of shares crossed in the transaction will show up in the volume of the day for that stock - I don't think you have to be careful of something lurking at $2.20 on MBP because there is no 'U' seller there which I think you are confusing it with so gallop ahead MBP...
