clarins chief visits tfs mt romance

I see the head of the Clarins cosmetics empire has toured this week in search of new ingredients for his group's world-renowned beauty and skin care products.

Interestingly in the background they have also set up an
industry think-tank to promote sustainability in cosmetics manufacturing. The six "chairmen" of the group include representatives from fellow luxury groups Hermes, Avida, Yves Rocher and, more recently, Chanel.

The 100 members of the Natural Resources Stewardship Council, which include mostly international cosmetics manufacturers and suppliers, have agreed to work with fair trade product suppliers and primary producers in a bid to ensure long-term sustainability of supply for key cosmetics ingrediests

Obviously TFS aussie / indian, other raw materials and finished products fit very nicely into the sustainable supply chain.

Very interesting and such initiatives will only serve to further raise the profile of TFS product and its products to the global comsmetic trade.
