i repeat the obvious !
they have released their segment customer nunbers so clients already categorised by sub sector ( accept your concern clients could be allocated incorrectly but if that is the case dont shout about how your client revenue mix has changed to.main stream e commerce providers.
and if they arent tracking such data in monthly reports ( from their exiating invoice accounting systems ) they are a more incompetent entity than even i think they are
as a managment dont start a narrative you refuse to back up and just use slight of hand to make people think eComm is the most important segment for their services.
having said that its the least of their potential issues but in my view indicative of their investmnet PR issues and a fully informed market.
