Clarity over what ISX actually do..., page-164

Sounds reasonable to me - and my vague understanding is similar to what you wrote, but so vague I could not even have written that amount of words - no blockchain expert here ceviche.
I just posted that in case it helped others as I do not know if the CHESS replacement has any similarities to ISX structure/uses........

(some seemed to be saying ASX blockchain might be part of the reason for ISX suspension?? and I have no idea if that is a long bow to draw or a possibility)
