I don't think he is the cause of the spike, he referred this matter to ASIC. It does not make sense that he is the cause.

Another person shared some disturbing news. In my opinion, Jimmie should stop indirectly replying to these concerns using his personal LinkedIn account. It just makes things worse. The board should address the concerns.

"Who is a major shareholder of this company?How many shares does the CEO hold?"
Check last years annul report

"Is the company making any money?"
Yes. It does not make any sense to me that a profitable company has such low PE.
This is the question we all want to find out.
