    Technically does anyone know if it is possible for a financial issuer to migrate their product offering from a Pay Pass M/Chip to M/chip 4 version?
    Seems to be some reports of this at the end of 2007.
    Would make the current global penetration of Pay Pass contactless and trials of NFC a solid groundwork for later multos implementation.
