It never should have traded at $9.
There is no reason to pay more than pre-tax NTA for a LIC like Argo (and less for the cr*ap ones).
Argo's NTA in May was $8.27
The share price shot up to $9 leading up to the 1-8 rights issue in February @ $7.20
AT the time NTA was known to be $7.70
The $9 share price was crazy even after you take the rights issue entitlement into account.
