It has to be asked, why did it takedecades to slot this guy given his known violent history in his community, thepack rape of Carol Stingel, and the well-known abuse of power and theft of taxpayer supplied funds?
I suppose if he knew the right people in the Labor Party and the rightLaw Firm he would now be running for Prime Minister.
