Again I do not disagree with all you have to say man. But to say management does not have skin in the game

Even an old T20 will show that management hold a massive percentage of EMD. And how often do you see the company strategic advisor stumping up $mills like 62 Capital and Mr Sufian Ahmad and Mr Balal Ahmad have "Never"
