    Yes, the class action threat has been hanging around for a long while.
    I know Mr Cummins met with them and nothing eventuated about further action at that point. My thinking is that it might be that the lawyers are worried that ASH might go bellyup and they will lose their chance to make their claim, hence the article saying they will take action.
    It seems if anything does eventute, it will be a fair slog for them (IMF). It's something that we need to be mindful of, but not overly worried about in my view at this stage.

    I am more worried about the financial situation and I hope Vic govt will do a turnaround like those no-hopers in govt in NSW. Against your advice JW I wrote to the Vic minister today. Whether it is just a fluke or whether it has had an effect, I have always had some luck when writing to political decision makers. Put it this way...it can't hurt to write about shareholders suffering at the hands of govt.
