After the revelations of the latest SOC, it seems timely to consider our options for launching a class action against the ASX (and potentially ASIC). I'm not based in Australia, so don't have the right connections to get the ball rolling, but its time that we stamp our mark on this absolute travesty of justice by the ASX/ASIC and hold them to account.
I don't know about you, but the last 2 years have been absolute hell for me, and someone has to pay for it.
