Well I don’t by it’s very hard. With meta data it’s just a matter of a forensic account putting it together and all the dots are connected. The weird thing is these days everything is stored for 2 years so there is no hiding it. It’s just complete cover ups. If they wanted to they could easily track the bots owners/masters and see a history going back 2 years min probably more.
The US has had its moments where many where put in jail, the crackdown will come when we get loud enough and then it’s too late for the criminals to hide as meta data all stored for min 2 years.
So so it’s not hard with everything digital these days easy traces. Just they are courrupt. But the day will come.
