I'm against bots as much as the next person but I do recognise that there are arguments that would stand up in court in my opinion.
If the goal of a bot is to accumulate or to sell a stock is the secondary effect of the price rising or falling manipulation?
In reality whenever anybody buys or sells a stock they effect the price. The manipulation we have seen is obvious but difficult to prove that the price lowering is the intent.
especially when in krr's case you have plenty of disappointing announcements that correlate with the price dropping and positive announcements when the price was rising.
Hate bots but they are part of the game
