Is this considered criminal and what can we do about it ?
A couple day's before the closing date of the $5 Million raised throughShare Purchase Plan and Placement - and after the closing date for the Share Purchase Plan was extendedto 5:00pm (AWST) on Friday 21 September 2018 from the previous closing date of12 September 2018.

In my opinion, I believe the company may already suspected they had “poor reconciliation of geological models” long before they advised the market.
Obviously the announcement on the 18 Septemberwas made to encourage shareholders to take up the SPP at 30c
Did the company mislead the market and its shareholders ?
