received my notification yesterday...as expected, my entitlement is zero. I lost over 35K during the period but apparently I am entitled to nothing as I sold my over priced shares too soon!!!
So, the entire purpose of this exercise was for Maurice Blackburn to make money. Similar to other posters, I was reluctant to participate, all this has left me is an ever greater hatred for lawyers, I really do hope the shoe is on the other foot one day and they are taken the cleaners as well.
Funny thing is that Maurice Blackburn cant even pay enough to put a senior lawyer on their class action hotline rather than some junior burger with no idea fresh out of uni...I hope their brand is damaged through this exercise.
