aspect07 I received it only yesterday also. I also topped up with 1000 shares within the stated period for my superfund.As I understand the email you have 3 options which are, 1 - To opt in by filling out the relevant form 2- Opt out by filling in another form which allows you to sue yourself or with another group. 3- Do nothing which leaves you with no options and no benefit resulting from a win in court.
I also note that if it is defeated there is no cost to you. The legal fee take is 40% on a win. Is that how you read it all? It appears to me that I may as well be a participant. Thanks in advance.
