One just wonders though, it's really all about M&B making money to pay shareholders dividends, surely the investigation of NAB's possible deceit is really a job for ASIC. As to how shareholders get money back, well just maybe ASIC should have this power, at the moment all they can do as I understand it is fine/suspend companys and individuals.
