Hello Nuix investors,
I think it's time we explore a class action against the management at Nuix as by now majority of us long term holders are down 50-80% due to misleading practices and failure on part of their leadership.I like many others thought this will be an Aussie unicorn tech giant and invested large portion of my capital I saved during 2020 lockdown.
I am personally willing to explore with Maurice Blackburn lawyers what it would entail to start legal proceedings however as first step I want all the people impacted to come forward in this thread.
Here is my plan-
1. I am hoping everyone impacted can reply to this post with a sentence I was impacted,their first name followed by **** so we do not have personal info floating around.
2. I will leave this thread active until next Wednesday 9/6 to see whether we have a genuine case or not.
3. Depending on amount of genuine comments by 9/6 I will set a meeting to with Maurice Blackburn lawyers.
4. Upon receiving legal advice I shall create an email or work out another way where we can gain individual signatures and proceed from there
5. Strength is in number guys and we cannot tolerate such wrongdoing and must not tolerate so those impacted please participate.
