    Just received a call from Maurice Blackburn who have been undertaking background checks to see where we stand.

    Information has it that unless the company won the case against the govt and could prove they had been in the wrong then CA would not be able to be undertaken

    So guess we have to wait for the court case and if the govt are smart they would just leave it alone

    Time will tell
