Sorry to crush your positivism but it would appear funding has already been approved for at least one of them to proceed.
They will not proceed until they can be sure SGH will have the ability to pay out the awarded damages and legal fees.
Debt is only the first hurdle. Clear that and then a hurdle of an equivalent magnitude if not larger awaits.
