Guidance is exactly what it sounds like.
It is a rough estimate of what they believe will happen in an ideal market. It is not an exact figure that is set in stone and if you do not take guidance with a grain of salt, then that is your fault, not the company's fault. Apple missed guidance this year, along with thousands of other companies, it happens all the time. Many companies deliberately lowball guidance because of silly people who think it is set in stone.
Slater and Gordon Australia, Slater And Gordon UK, Slater and Gordon Solutions are all perfectly on track, the NIHL section is down on expectations, big deal, they're turning a company around, it happens.
Also good luck suing a bunch of lawyers with Billions of dollars of assets at their disposal. If you want your money back, buy now and wait a year. You will make a lot more than a lawsuit that will be knocked flatter a pond on a still morning.
Company is worth billions of dollars, not 94 cents a share.
