Its been months without any proper announcements, and the stock is on a sharp decline, Only a fraction of our SRR
investment is left, and still no news on the progress.

I guess the company is also running out of cash now ...
So if the company announces after a few days / weeks that
hey we are done, and failed ... sorry about your investment, and sorry for months late announcement ..... so
can we take a legal stand in such a case ? or .... we will
wish them good luck to start a new company with a new name
and repeat the cycle again ?

We do deserve an update atleast .....
