if this goes ahead...then there should be prosecutions based on the information that is readily available now...if it does not....then one begs to ask the questions....why not?....as very little has been done thus far and shareholders have copped it in the neck

One needs to ask the question, if legal action is undertaken which i fully support, what other secrets and juicy details will come out to support the possibility of real prosecution....because there is plenty more re this saga and George and the Georgettes are or should be worried....if this goes ahead.....i just hope there is not a lot of shredding going on.

One more question, after legal investigation and the uncovering of new information to support legal action and a likely prosecution, what happens if nothing happens.......because the authorities have been very silent on this one.
