    Update on
    Slater and Gordon
    As previously advised in 2008, Slater and Gordon Lawyers announced an intention to bring a
    representative class action against the GPT Group on behalf of certain investors who acquired
    GPT Securities in the period between 28 February 2008 and 7 July 2008.
    While no proceedings have been commenced, GPT has now been invited to enter into
    discussions, on a without prejudice basis, with Slater and Gordon in relation to these matters,
    failing which Slater and Gordon advise they have been instructed to commence proceedings.
    As previously notified, if any such proceeding is commenced GPT will vigorously defend it.
