Yes 12 years is a long time and there are also cases that are finalised in a year.
And the reason why they are still around is because people have given up on trying to punish them and then new holders get hurt.
We invested here and have been poorly managed and now people are suffering. You where very vocal before and I know you are feeling it as I am to, but just to except this should be no option.
The share market is full of shocking directors and poor managers and ASX and ASIC should have nasty penalties for poor performers.
Just look at the GMP report saying A$30m every year in administration and other expenses.
