Additionally, the Directors would be indemnified against Directors Liability. Simply put, you would have to PROVE crime had been committed to sue a Director, as a Director cannot be indemnified against committing a crime. Good luck on that!!

Bottom line is
1) Swallow and move on. Even one cent in the dollar is better than zero.
2) Next time think about the risk instead of the reward
3) Invest in Management talent and past performance, not promises and upramping
4) Best to last - you were all warned, repeatedly. Hence probably getting what you deserve, as greed and stupidity make a dangerous combination.
