i am not sure, how exactly do you guys communicate about whole lawsuit thing, but if you legin are sending a group email to people (who contacted you as being part of this planned lawsuit), i am quite confident, one of those people would be PL or JB pretending to be an angry investor from HC forums... so whether you discuss your tactics here or in group email, it might not make much difference..

ccc management knows they haven't been very honest with their announcements in last few years (or decades ?), they know if you succeed they could be in real trouble, therefore, they'd have "spies" around..

I wouldn't trust anything what PL or JB do (or not do).
