Not sure if this helps but probably a good start is to structure a document by those in the know. This should be in a format similar to the following:

1. Brief
2. Background Facts:
Chronology of events per date.
3. Basis of Claim:
Explanation of breaches and misreperesentations with references to policies and asx rulings
4. Valuation of Damages to Shareholders:
5. Terms of Compensation (Cost Recovery):

Too many ideas floating not much content or framework unless the lawyers will volunteer to write all of the above.
